Kindly note if you get Labour Ban and you overstayed having fine you may get outpass for going back but you can't return again as per practical information but if you don't have fine, you may exit smoothy as per your within time mentioned in your cancellation grace period.

if your profession is engineer over the Labour contract, no Labour ban under unlimited contract but you have to serve noticed, but if your contract is limited you have to server notice period as well as compensate to employer for early resignation 45 days of your full salary.

Sir I m on visit visa in UAE,I apply for work visa in a transport company Abudhabi , but after some days they say sorry we have no job, u should fine any other job, then I apply another company in Dubai, when second company apply for visa, they say ur visa already in progress, I imfrom my frist company, should I return back,because ur Pre approval for work permit approved in Immigration, they say, no we cancel ur approval from Immigration, then they say u have to wait for one month, after one month they say ur approval for work permit ban, and this is automatic ban by the system, Now kindly tell me which ban this is and how can remove the ban, I m at Dubai on visit visa, I have two month in visit visa. As u say in video, imformation didn't show, same in my case I needed to cancel Pre approval canceltion from Immigration,but due to the ban, it's not working, Any solution Sir, I m very upset due to this.

Pre approval validity is one month if second company apply within period it will be rejected, wait to complete one month it will cancel automatically or request them to cancel.
