Thank you for sharing this info. I followed the steps and it worked perfectly. It cleaned and killed the mold perfectly. I used ‘Scrubbing Bubbles Foaming Bleach’ mixed with water. I was disgusted to see the gunk that came out. I’ll make sure to do again at the end of the season. The video is dark so I just turned up the brightness on my phone to view better.

What can you do if it’s inside the system like the cooling fins and the the fan? My system doesn’t have a way to open it all up 🤷‍♂️

I think just do the areas that you can get at. I didn't open mine up.

I take mine outside and use one of those harbor freight pressure washers to remove the mold from the fins. I spray Lysol foaming bathroom cleaner in it and let it set then spray it out. It seems to keep the moldy cat pee smell away for a couple more weeks than just using water. Bleach did nothing for mine.

Vinegar must be used. Bleech will only decolor the mold

I have heard this. Did you use it and did it work? Mold is in the environment and it will just come back again!!!

Yes it works but you have to use high concentrated vinegar and also put kitchen/toilet paper over it say the vinegar can soak on the mold for several hours. Also ventilate the place because the mycotoxins can make you sick! Prefereably use some kind of mask if you are sensitive to mold@@ScatterbrainSyl
