Any of your comfortable interior place bro but without direct sunlight contact and AC,No birds too, make sure you conditioned your tank minimum 2 to 3 weeks before adding fishes

Not essential but it is based on the fish type and the volume of plants growing.. planted tanks require coolants mostly
