How to remove Pigeons from under Solar Panels

I was hoping you would show what the final install looked like on the panels with that Spanish tile. My roof is the same but not as many birds yet. Maybe 20 birds. I'm constantly throwing dirt clumps at them. I'm running out of dirt. I need to take care of this

Err what did you do about all the nesting pigeons? I suspect there were at least 8 nests given the number of birds?

Any ideas for getting all the debris out from under the solar panel without removing them?

I spayed the heavy part out with a garden hose then attached a hand towel to a long pole and ran it under the solar panels back and forth then sprayed it out with a hose again. I have a metal roof pattern 8.
