How to remove rear door panel 2015 Kia Optima SX Turbo

I have the rear seat warmer and was wondering do all the optima’s have the same wiring harness in the door or are they all different? I need to replace me whole door and want to find another one the same color and just switch the door but just want to deal with the door panel not the wiring.

Did you connect speaker wire right to your grommet ? Is that what I’m seeing?if you did can you please tell me the color of the positive and - of the rear speakers for both rear sides ? That would be very helpful been long all over no help. Thanks in advance

MPLS SHOOTER to be honest I don't remember and no longer have the car. I believe I Found something in an optima forum some where about which wire is which. Sorry I can't be of more help
