Kia Optima Removing Front Door Speaker 2011 - 2014 = Car Stereo HELP

I removed door panels for 15 years as a Chevrolet Technician. One thing to remember is that the door clips are most of the time plastic, so removal when the car has been sitting in very cold temperatures may cause the plastic retainers to break. Best advice is to let the car sit in a heated area before trying to pop those door panels off.

mmm, you didn't observe that there are two inseptions on the bottom of the door where you can place your finger in and easily (firmly yet carefully) you can pry out the panel? No need for the pry tool at all.

How do you get that last black paneling off. I have a 2011 optima and my external door mechanism has come "off track" I can see it but can't get that last black paneling that the speaking is mounted to off

Nicolas Salazar the 6.5 will fit fine but anything bigger than that it's gonna touch the metal at the back and you will need adapters to fit something bigger
