How to Remove Rock Protection Film From Cars - Corvette C7 | DIY

Some cars have a special rock protection film on them to protect the car's paint job and chassis from damage. But over time, that film can discolor and become an unsightly yellowish color with a noticeable black outline.
Bob has had skirts installed on on his C7 Corvette Stingray so he doesn't need the rock protection film anymore. In this video, he shows how to remove this film from your car, and how to clean up the leftover residue afterwards to make your car beautiful again.

THANKS FOR THE VIDEO! MINE IS WHITE ALSO MY 2016 and the plastic turned that same color as yours. I ordered new ones from Cleartastic, just need the GM ones off lol.

I have this same exact car and film. Think a hairdryer can heat it up enough? I don't have side skirts or front-wheel extended flaps, which may need to get prior.
