How to Remove the alternator for Repair Replacement Volvo P2 V70 XC70 S40

IMPORTANT: DISCONNECT THE BATTERY FIRST!
The positive nut on the alternator uses a 13mm or 1/2" socket to be removed.
This procedure is applicable to model years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 Volvo S60, V70, and S70.
