How to Remove The New 2020 AOC Monitor Stand Pole (24B2XH and 27B2H)

Instructional video on how to remove the premounted pole from the AOC 24B2XH 24 inch Monitor. If you want to mount on the wall or a 2 or 3 up monitor system you will need to remove this pole.

Yes. I called tech support when I first bought it and they explained over the phone but no instructions came with the monitor on how to remove it so I made the video for you all. SMH. I like AOC but they had no instruction on this.

The holes are standard on the monitor and should fit any system that mounts to a monitor.

Once you mount the monitor you don’t see the back so it wasn’t a concern for me. I guess if you are in an environment where your monitors back is exposed you might get creative with some way to cover it. My monitors are not visible once mounted.

The mounting screws came with my bracket. It's a standard size that comes with most brackets.

The screws are standard size on monitors and should work, if not, they should be easy to find.
