How to Remove the side skirt off 9th Gen Toyota Matrix

I was looking for videos on how to remove the side skirts off my 2005 Toyota Matrix for rust repair, so after I got one side done by body shop I decided to try it myself. Hopefully it helps the next person needing to do this.
This should be same for 9th Gen Toyota Corolla as well.
