Thats right! Bitcoin can solve ANY problem at all! Including getting moisture out from under a laptop monitor! However, if you don't feel like mining Bitcoin then you can just put the system in any warm dry location. After several days the liquid will find it's way out. This actually works and I have tried it myself multiple times.
In this situation, I was reaching for my daughter and I knocked over a bottle of water onto the keyboard of a laptop. I dried it off as good as I could, but when I turned the computer on the next day I noticed that somehow a little bit of the water got stuck under the screen. I was super surprised. I spilled water on the keyboard, not the monitor. Why is there water in the monitor??

I spell water on my laptop while I was doing my homework and it got it self turn off and I felt panic so I tried to turn it on and again it turn off itself. So I started to shake it off and also use towel to dry out the water and took out the battery after 5or6minutes I tried to turn on.. Unfortunately I didn't turn on.. Hey, I tried this strategy when I had water on my screen. I played Minecraft and AFKed while I went to dinner for 45 or so minutes. I came back and the water was less pronounced but the left side of my screen has been dimmed, although not made completely dark. Sometimes when I boot it up it is not dim, but it ends up becoming dim again after I adjust the screen. Would you have any advice for me on fixing the left side?

Dont do this... I got water in the screen, done this and laptop died after 15 minutes. I think a small bit of water got into the laptop itself and fried it. If you get water on your laptop, you must disassemble and make sure it is dry before doing anything.

that's bitcoin. they used to mine bitcoin using videocard on their PC. It would consume a lot of energy, hence heating the PC. he used to the heat to evaporate the moisture inside the screen. You probably need to play some game that will heat up your computer instead

Not at all, the water is just inside two layers of the screen so it makes no contact with circuits.

@@brei9073 LOL I'm going into highschool this year and I suspected my laptop was infested by bugs so I sprayed the screen :/ I was being really stupid but some ppl told me n oot to spray it directly onto the sides or some shit so I thought it would be ok to spray the screen and the keys but I forgot that under the keys is basically the whole mf laptop

Very naive, but how do you get bitcoins, and how do bitcoins fix this problem? I'm in FL and the humidity got into the screen and/or I closed the lap top and forgot it overnight outside on the lanai and it rained (telling my wife the first scenario). Either way I'd appreciate your assistance in trying to undo damage. The lap top screen (lap top is a 5 yo old Toshiba) looks like a gray cloud in the middle with misc. white finger paintings on right side of screen. S@*t!!!

its not the bitcoins that fix it, its just that miners use a lot of system resources, so it produces heat and helps making the water inside evaporate. you can run any cpu/gpu demanding software
