How to remove windshield trim on MK3 Toyota Supra

Hey guys
I made this video because i would have needed it when i was removing the windshield trim piece but could find a good info.
After quite some research i did find some info in a forum that was useful but the video would have been much better.
I apologize about my English and some wrong words but still i hope its useful.

No way in hell you should have to remove the fricking fenders to get windshield trim off, they make tools to spread the clips to release from the trim WOW......

This is trick if you dont have the tools. And something anyone can do. I had to remove my fenders anyway

@@InBoostWeTrust7MGTE The 'trick' is to buy the 15 dollar tool. Any statement that the fenders need to be removed is wrong and should be retracted or at least not defended in the comment section. These windshields have been replaced by the thousands and windshield shops don't remove fenders. Ever.

Tip: WD-40 vapors even in small parts per million cause fish eye defects in paint jobs. The Ford factory learned that the hard way decades ago. Keep it far away. Thanks.

Thanks for the tip. My car was preped for the wrap and paint is far gone so i was not worried.

I had to remove them anyway and i didnt have the special tool. Also i followed an old advice in the forum and there were no pics or video about it. But still its good that you guys point it out, others might not do it this way but still some useful information could be taken from the video.
