I have watched your video but could you please tell me the steps you took. You stated that you use the developer before the neutralizing shampoo so I am wondering, do you use the straightner and then rinse and then use the developer and then the neutralizing shampoo?

Yes. Relax, rinse, apply developer, rinse, condition, and neutralize. In that order

My stylist uses affirm mild and clairol beautiful collection when I get my roots retouched. Can I apply this method the same day I get my relaxer or do you wait a couple of weeks after the relaxer retouch? My hair turns green 3 weeks after the semi color color fades.
