How do you reinstall the hard top without dropping one side onto the Jeep? I love both your Jeeps, but why are you using ratchet straps to do this?

Just gently lower it back down. Works just fine. I used ratchet straps because they are a cheap option.

Parting out fury already 😁 took my top off by hand by myself put a nice scratch down the side never been off since 😆

Yep you are right about that! But I’ll just have to run these 35’s down for now until it’s time for new ones. Unless I can find a buyer for these 35’s without losing too much money.

Don’t forget to swap the door bushings out while you have those doors off! Mine started corroding after just 3 months. 🤦‍♂️

lol my Jeep is 3 weeks old ;) These ones are plastic though so they shouldn't corrode. The ones on my JK were bad when I first removed the doors, could barely get the doors off. Then replaced them withe TMR Delrin, and never had an issue again.
