How to REMOVE your own golf club grips (at home) WITHOUT CUTTING them

In this video I show how easily you can change your golf grips without having to cut them off. Something that is perfect if you have recently had your golf clubs regripped but maybe decided you want a new set of clubs and want to keep them grips. It can also really come in to use if you are thinking of doing your own repairs on your clubs like extending or shortening them.

I got mine off in seconds by placing the club in a vise and sticking my air gun in the hole in the back of the grip and using my other hand to twist the grip to loosen it up.

Yeh good way of doing it 👍 I have known someone who had the grip blow up with that method tho 😄

@@LukeHanlonGolf put a golf tube or pvc pipe over the grip. I did my entire set without coming close to blowing a grip up.

I don’t have an air gun to be fair and find this way easy enough for me but if I ever find the need to have to air gun them off I’ll keep this in mind 😄

@@alheiman9525 I didnt get it, how did you get it out the grip, I am trying to remove the grip from my broken shaft,

​@@Arhamkhansharklike it says. Blow air in the end of the grip until it loosens up. Spray a little mineral spirits in the hole first. Also put some kind of sleeve over the grip so it doesn't blow up. It takes a little patience sometimes but it'll eventually come loose.

I would definitely suggest using a syringe to inject the liquid…✌🏼✌🏼
