I just replaced the spark plugs and ignition coil on cylinder 2 and 4 on the same make. I took it for a test drive and the brakes had lost pressure, on the way back to the garage the brake warning light went on. I looked at her fluid level it was low. I then looked under the car and noticed it was leaking. I am thinking she either had low fluid or just coincidence the master cylinder seal went out. My question basically is that me disconnecting the ignition coils and plugs shouldn't have had anything to do with the brakes messing up.?

Mate I think it’s only a coincidence brakes system is not related on the ignition system of the car 😉

I'm thinking it's not the master cylinder. I looked in the engine around the master cylinder and the lines going from it and no leaks but it is leaking under the car slightly past the middle towards the back. I am hoping just a simple brake line replacement. What are your thoughts?

I have another question. I seen a video to quickly check the canister purge valve by removing one of the hoses. It says if you feel suction on your finger the valve is not working correctly. So my question is the hose to remove would be the fuel line as I assume that it sucks in then blows out other hose into engine. Is this assumption correct?

@@oliverthemechanic8532 thanks but nevermind. I was receiving a misfire and fuel injector code. After I replaced over the plug ignition coil I got the same codes with an additional canister purge valve code. I drove for a day with some fuel injector cleaner and codes cleared themselves.

I am going to try this myself as needed asap. Any advice that might help. Such as how to remove the hose connected to the rail. Help me and I will definitely subscribe. Jk already did.

No mate the only seal is on the injector 😉

To be honest showing only the easy part is not helpful. It does not show where the fuel injector rail is
