Hi Olya, sorry for the late response. My experience isn't as a student but I would imagine that if you're an adult learner, the same conditions would apply in order to rent in Japan. I recommend checking with your educational institute first to see what kind of support or assistance they may be able to provide.Once you have all the information and details about your finance, personal requirements, etc. it would be easier to approach an agent so then they can understand your personal circumstance and provide further assistance from there. For students who are underage, I think different rules would apply.
