I was confused by "using a fork" but after watching I saw that the metal fork was heated up like a soldering iron. When it was applied to the plastic crack it melted the plastic together to create a seal. So, how long did this fix last ? So a soldering iron tip would have done the same job. Thanks :)

Will try this right now! Update: it worked. I heated the metal on my stove top while boiling water for tea. I tried it on two new plastic containers that suddenly developed cracks. 💃

The proof is in the pudding,as they say. You should have shown the bucket holding water.
@themaestroofrandom6 жыл бұрын
The bucket does not have any hands so it's going to be very difficult for it to hold the water.
@walthodgson57806 жыл бұрын
Which tells me that your "fix" really isn't a fix.

I usually use a soldering iron if you got one lying around. Does the same thing, melts the plastic together.
