Sir andar to rust abhi bhi hai, koi aisa tarika hai k rust completely ya mostly remove ho ske using chemicals?

Yes through phosphoric acid or electrolysis but the problem is tank gets weaker if we completely remove it. Even if we don’t remove the rust then using epoxy resin will stop rust to grow from there
