Great video! I have both the Portfolio and a Malibu. I think my Portfolio is older. I’m having the same problem but with the Malibu. Lights with not shut off and digital display does not come on. KZbin suggestions indicate the battery but maybe it is the photo light detector. What is the model number you purchased from Lowe’s? Thanks!

I'm troubleshooting one of these Portfolio transformers for a neighbor and was wondering if the LED display that indicates o, A, 1, 2, 3, etc is supposed to be lit all the time? Or does it go dark after a few minutes? For example, I press the Up or Down arrows to cycle through the modes, choose one, and then after a few minutes the display is completely dark, until I press again.

@@TheHappyLife-h7b Thank you!!! To clarify, once you click the up/down arrow, the red LED displays. And if you looked at the transformer say 2 hours later, that red LED would still be on showing the mode, even without touching the up/down arrow--it stays on steadily. (I'm wondering because the LED on the one I'm working with goes dark a few minutes after I set it.Which, if wrong means I just buy a new transformer!)

I bought the same part from Lowe's and it worked perfectly on a Sollos 120w Transformer @@TheHappyLife-h7b
