You don't need to weeks the whole crossmember but you want a healthy amount if welds

Depends on if your going to make it yourself or not. Buying a flatbed is fairly expensive. You can sometines find used ones though for cheap

Im rebuilding my bed on my 76 Jeep J10.. wayyyy more extenaive thab these guys bed. my clips you can see of it.. As for cost ? Its costed me about 400$ all togerher in cross members. Steel. Welding wire.. disks.. paint.. etc.. Flat beds are ugly. And premade ones cost a fortune

Might be cheaper to find another bed, if it's anything like the one in the video it would be around 1700 to 2k these days whether you just patched the sections or put a whole new bottom in it
