Great video, really appreciate your methodical manner and explanation. Why does the air filter become saturated when the blower is not in use? Mine can start and run fine and then when I get it out to use a week later the air filter is saturated and fuel is dripping out of the housing. With the tank below the carb how can this happen?

Thanks for the kind words Ricardo. Two potential causes for your fuel leak out of the carburetor: -Failed carburetor, where the internal check valves no longer function well, so fuel simply syphons through the carburetor. -Failed fuel tank vent. Again, this is a check valve failure, as there is a little rubber "duck bill" style one-way valve inside the check valve. The tank vent is the 3rd fuel hose that you see rising up out of the fuel tank, and into the stiff black plastic sleeve. You'll see a black upside down bell shape at the top of that hose, and if you look into the bell, you'll see there is a standard fuel tank vent pressed in there (part number: A356000031), with the bell simply protecting it. Pull the bell and vent off the fuel hose and push the vent up out of the bell. You can test the vent by sucking through it, and you should feel that air is moving through it. Then try to blow through it, and it should prevent you from blowing through it. The lid can be popped off the vent, and inside you find a little foam filter which lifts out, and under that is the duck bill, which can also be removed. Sometimes the opening in the duck bill gets stuck closed, and you can free it up by squeezing it, and spray something like TriFlow/Kroil/PB Blaster/WD-40 into it, then re-assemble an retest. Before you put the white plastic cap onto it, dig all the crud out of the cap, and from the upper rim of the vent, because crud builds up here, and blocks airflow into the vent. If you look close, you'll see a slot cut into the rim, and one cut into the inside of the cap, and this is where the air passes through, in order to get through to the duck bill. If it were mine, I'd test, clean, or replace the vent, leave the air filter cover and filter off during the next storage time, and see if the problem continued. If fuel was still leaking, I'd replace the carburetor with a factory Walbro carb, NOT a carb that's a cheap replica. Report back on what you find, as it will help others.
