Hi, I have a te1000 with main board gone, any way of bypassing and powering the motor directly, I tried to power it directly with 110v but it didn’t spin, any ideas? Potentially it needs dc power and not ac power thanks

al mio le cambie la biela por que se me rompió y le puse una nueva el mismo modelo pero no golpetea si trabaja y todo pero cuando empiezo a demoler no golpetea y lo desarme y se oye como si estuviera saliendo aire

Yes... throw away the remaining parts.(black plastic that you moved away was from te spot near the brush holder)

On the schematic it shows an oring in the location where you tried to put that plastic gasket (where you said you didn't know where it goes) either you missed it or it wasn't put in previously

Hi thanks for the video, I repaired my Hilti 905 avr but when I closed the cover on top I realise a problem.. If If I turn tight the 6 screws the motor stop to run. What you think happen.. Thanks and sorry for my bad english

no lo ensamblastes vien. checa si sentaste vien el campo. no deveria hacer eso aunque los tornillos si deven de ir apretados.pero no sobre apretados.

Magnet was missing or damaged. If yiu compare new winding with old one new have black ring on it - it's magnet

How much oil should be added? I have a hilti te 40 and sometimes it loses the percussion, I think that the piston seal must be replaced but I do not know how much oil to use, I know that removing the old oil measures the amount but it may have been spent and does not have the right amount.
