Hello, I have the same problem with only one left led daytime.. Audi only replace the optical bloc for 2k€... If I change only the LED module daytime and clear the diffuser it's ok ? Thanks you

I've repaired the same headlight on my Audi and splitting the lens from the housing was really tough. The seal was just too hard and couldn't get it soft enough so I did end up breaking the plastic in a few spots. What temperature did you bake the lights at and for how long?

⁠@@xsamurai7454hey man! Yes I did manage at the end. The lens is attached to the body of the headlight with permaseal, which is more like a very hard rubber rather than a glue. The way to do it is to bake the headlight in the oven at around 110° Celsius for about 20 minutes and use a flat head screwdriver to try and separate the seal from the body of the headlight. Be careful cause when the lens is warm you might damage it. Then the secret is all in the tools you use. Once the permaseal is somewhat ‘lifted’ from the body, get a nice and wide spread plier and try starting to ply from the tip of the headlight and work your way from there. Hope this helps

You can also try and use a heat gun to keep the permaseal warm and soft. Always careful cause you can melt the plastic easily with that thing

sure. In fact we often do this too. But some tubes burned so badly that they had to be replaced.
