Those foam lumps you have to grind it down with 36 grit sander and block. That is the proper 'how to', you will never hide those lumps with more foam

Oof, I can only find the Liongrip glue for $25 a can online. Does anyone have another source for this glue? I am about to do this exact project and want to use what I know works. I'm looking at 3M 77 glue. Has anyone used this glue and can you report on how it performed? It's a much more affordable option and readily available on Amazon.

My son is 6’-7”, 320lb. His seat was DESTROYED. I got a much much much nicer seat at junkyard. $30. I got a bun cushion from pass seat and put it on driver side.
