I've tried to fix my friend's keyboard laptop with simple troubleshooting. And it's work until now.
As you see on this tutorial, it should be easy to fix your keyboard's problem.
BUT.. be careful when you take off the key, the plastic inside there is so fragile..

If i type "Q" it shows "qw" and then move the cursor to next line. And when I type Shift it will make an "Enter" function instead. I tried everything till the stage of massaging the rubber. still does not work. Pls advise

the keyboard is made by 3 ply of plastics. you need to try to separate it by inserting a sharp needle. Before that, you need to remove the rubber. pull it slowly, use the sharp cutter on bottom of that to remove it with clean result, so it can be assembly again. next step: you can see the circle carbon contact (idk what it called). Insert the needle outside it then try to separate the plastics one by one layer. Watch out the carbon circuitry, it can be removed easily. once it separated, try to clean the circle carbon softly. if it doesn't make any change. you need to change your keyboard.
