I've bought a few of these new - good when it works, but its physically impossible to get out of the nozzle as it seems to condense and the force required to empty the tube causes the bottom the of the container to rupture.

This stuff works well, but its grainy constituency and tackiness makes it quite tricky to apply/finish using a caulking gun + spatula. Use a damp cloth + spatula/ finger-tip to get the finish you want.

Do it dry really hard like actual cement

Hi can I use this to fill in holes on concrete cinder blocks. My garage is made of cement cinder blocks. Previous owners hung iron plant hangers attached to side of garage. I am removing them but now I am left with holes. So can I fill in the holes with this product you are using. Then let it dry, sand it down a little and the paint. ?
