Starts up pretty good now that the fuel pump isn't being dumb. Next time I'm with my buddy I'll try and get ya a cold start video.

Older pumps don't have spring inside them? Have same motor was no spring or black tab run diaphragm help please???

Some outboard fuel pumps use a spring. This model doesn't. Everything used in the pump assembly was shown in this video. It basically becomes a matter of changing out gaskets and the fuel pump diaphragm.
