How to repair replace fix USB type C jack connector socket on a motherboard Lenovo E490 e590

Thank you, very interesting! On my ThinkPad X1 Tablet gen 3, USB-C works fine for charging. But when I touch the cable during data transfer or when a Thunderbolt device is connected, the connection is interrupted. This is true for the two USB-C ports it has. I wonder if these ports can be replaced. (If I was in the US, I would be happy to send the board to you, but I'm in Hong Kong.)
