You are right but We have covered from three sides. Only upper part will remain. And from this we can just increase their life. There is no permanent solution.

Ma'am jab iron bar mei itna zada rust ho to kya structure k girne k chances nhi bhadd jaate ? Mujhe lagta hai ki even are repair work ye slab fir bhi bhot easily gir jayega aur girne k chances aur zada bhadd jaayenge in case of earthquake. I understand ki humaesha budget nhi hota hai ghar ko fir se banwaane k kiye but isn't this just too risky to think that after repairing it will still fail because it has become a structural risk ?
