Thank you so much for video. My lens stopped working while my other lenses did not. The view was always blurry even though I was trying to focus (in both AF and manual settings.) At one point it was getting sharp focus until I heard a dull clunk from inside from something falling out of place. After opening up the lense at 2:25, it was immediately clear what my problem was as the first glass circular unit in the middle which you never removed in your video above was entirely unscrewed/dislodged. I screwed it back into place tightly, popped in my SD card into my Canon EOS R and now it works!

Hi! It sounds like I might have the same problem as yours. Is your lens, by any chance, the same one as the one in the video(sigma 50mm f1.4 EX DG HSM)?

@@annameikeing what exactlly did you do to the lens to fix it? if it's not to much to ask. I think that this might be the cause of my AF problems and I'm tryna fix it. The focus is not consistant while using AF.

wow thats a nice job, i just have a question, i dissembly my 85 1.2 ii L canon, what kind of grease or type you use to lubricant , any brand or spececific grade

Hi, no need to use grease. Just is too expensive to buy for only one lens and two small dots of grease :)Thank you :)

Hi, I'm having trouble opening the front glass to clean the dust particles, any help?

Once you take the filter ring off there are three screws that hood the front glass on as well as plastic caps in the screw holes. Once those are removed the front glass should come right out
