Good day, dear. The same inverter periodically shows error 03 and restarts. Before rebooting, error 51 may still appear. The repetition period is approximately once every few hours. I found that the capacitor c133 220mkf25v lost its capacitance. Checking all the semiconductors, I discovered that the d40 diode has a short. However, outside the board, the diode is OK. The contacts where this diode is soldered are short-circuited. Could you measure at this location in your inverter? If you have any ideas what could be causing this behavior of the inverter, please tell me. Thank you in advance.

Does it apply to Schneider 4.5kva 120/240V inverter charger? Suspected prob: when installed, 120v was the output, but country utilities was supplying 240V. This was later discovered (one week±) after installation, and immediately upon discovery properly wired to output 240V. Could the 240V supply within the one week wrongful installation have damaged the charger of the inverter? Working (charging) well now, buy only on sunny days, tru the panels.

I have Maxpower Sunglow VMII 5000 inverter, It is not showing any error. It is dropping current at its will. Before that it had Error code 59 which was resolved by reducing 1 plate from series. Currently the system is running on 24 plates 330W, 8 plates in a series. Please tell what could be the problem?

My solar plates are generating enough power and the inverter is charging the batteries normally but when I switch on for load from the inverter breaker then the input Watts drop to 0 and start again but do not go the point when it was only charging the batteries. My battery voltage start to drop and also the charging from PV drops to a point of my load, typically my battery do not charge over ~48v. Current is also decreasing as watts are decreasing

Sir, I have the same problem too, Error code 3, I replaced MOSFET driver 2655 and 1020, but still the same, battery voltage reads 120v. Checked all components for overheating, but no over heat observed. Kindly help.
