You're very welcome! There's a lot going on inside the handle, and the Stihls are probably the most difficult, out of the 3 or 4 commercial brands (Shindaiwa/Echo/Husqvarna/Honda).

My fs 130 is not going to full throttle I think it may be the cable now very informative video

Use the torx headed adjustment screw that's up top, just inboard of the air filter cover, and screw the adjustment screw inward (clockwise) which will raise the curved plastic "bridge" that the throttle cable wraps around, and removes the slack in the cable. Adjust the screw "just" enough so that the throttle lever on the rear-facing side of the carburetor is almost touching the metal boss on the carburetor body, at full throttle. That will be plenty of throttle to achieve full throttle under load, and still give enough slack in the throttle cable that the throttle plate will snap back to idle position.

Can the newer 131r’s grip be installed on the older 110r and 130r’s?

I'm guessing that the tube diameters are the same, but the functionality of the carburetor choke is completely different, and so is the connection of the throttle cable to the carburetor, so I don't see how the newer machine's grip could be used, or why using one would be something to pursue.

There are quite a few things that will cause a Stihl 4Mix engine to not start.

@@austinado16 could you give me some ideas of what to look for or what to Check? Please. I checked the spark, light was glowing, valves seemed to be good, wasn’t hard to pull. I did spray starter fluid but didn’t seem to do anything. The throttle cable was frayed.. I’m not sure where to go from that. Thanks
