I repaired a Irony daphene a few days ago. The first time I repaired a Swatch, and I was impressed, how cheap they are made. The ETA movement is unrepairable, but luckily an accessible chrono wheel was out of place and it was possible to put it back and make it work again

If you ever take a movement out of a Swatch Sistem 51 irony mechanical. The stem is fused to the movement via the calendar and winding module. You have to somehow hold the stem and take the crown off. These are only for the metal cases watches.

It may be possible to replace the movement in an Irony sistem51 with a Tissot Swissmatic (basically the same movement) but good luck getting Tissot to sell you a movement. That being said they are timed by laser trimming the balance and as a result they are surprisingly accurate for a throwaway movement.
