I have a question bro the buttons you fixe it it dont looked the door , the buttons don’t down he still fixed plz a video explain that problem ❤❤ ❤

Hello, install the spring to lock the door from the outside very well, but lowering the key to open does not unlock the door, the spring has a lot of force to raise the child lock lever

It’s a little tough in the beginning but it should improve my itself over time . Make sure to clean the mechanism well and spray the moving parts with white lithium grease ( like the one from WD-40) as the grime won’t make stuff easier

the button wont go down if the door isnt fully latched. try to close it with more force. also check the stricker plate for wear( put some lithium grease on the latch mechanism too)

I believe that you can just order it on the German Amazon , shipping and taxes shouldn’t be that much . It’s called a torsion spring afaik but it’s a special type and I don’t know where you can find it in the USA . I would suggest you to make a amazon de account, they do also have an version on English) . I hope that I was helpful:)
