Did you do a video on the intercooler install? What performance do you receive from the intercooler?

I didn't do an install video but I have done an overview video. The intercooler combined with more boost brought down EGT's and gave a slight power increase.

do the injectors need to be torqued or do i just hit them with the impact wrench

I tighten them by hand. The same way you would tighten a spark plug

Hey iv recently done my injectors and I went to put the little washers in first but it looked like in would fall straight though and into the head so I left them out. Don't know if I need them or not ????

Sounds like the buckets are missing. I would investigate this further. Its ok if they're missing but your engine should run a little better with them installed. Seek out a local diesel expert who has worked on this motor before and let them know whats happening

What way around do the injector washers sit as they are flat on one side and round on the other

if its not too late check how the old ones sit. if i remember correctly the flat side faces the injector ad the other side faces the cylinder head

Hi, about bleeding the Fuel lines, i did a diesel filter swap and it is verry essential to pump the Filter completely full. I read somewhere online that the filter lines will bleed themselves as they loop back in the tank, and ended up having to bleed the injectors several times because there was too much air in the filter. I tried pre filling the filter but spilled a lot because it is necessary to tilt it. The car ran normal at first but after driving with higher rpm, the idle dropped to 400 rpm with air in the system.

@@dingeldiy i used the primer pump to fill up the filter completely and after one last bleed at the injectors, its running fine now. The whole trick was to fill the Filter and prime the pump before bleeding i guess. Funny thing was that the car had full power at higher rpm but struggled to stay running at idle.
