Will this work for replacing a texture on a curved surface? Will the replaced texture (over-saving in photoshop like you demonstrated) match the curved surface when swapped out?

Should work for any material that you can edit

Did you put everything together in substance painter ? How did you align the png screen to the model when putting everything together?

I used a pre-made model, which is linked in the description, and converted it to GLTF format. If a GLTF version is available, you can use that directly. I then edited the model as demonstrated in the video
