How to Replace a 2015 Subaru Forester Driver's Side Mirror

We just did this after watching your video and another one about how to pop off the plastic on the mirror side. Most helpful in this video was removing the inner door panel without breaking anything and the key hot tip to not drop the 10 mm bolts down inside the door! Thanks. It took us about 30 minutes and we did not have to cut the plastic. Since the black adhesive around the edge of the plastic inner liner was still gummy! We did tape over the gummy adhesive after the procedure to ensure that the plastic liner would stay and intact.

Also wanted to add that we did this for an XT premium model slightly different mirror but same exact procedure the mirror on the XT has the turn signal bulb on the outside of the glass everything else is exactly the same.
