Rates vary by region, client, urgency and degree of difficulty, and how busy you are. I take all of those into account. Are YOU buying the door or are they? Do you deliver it? Do you carry it to the roof? Do they need it tomorrow? How many are you installing? How hard is it? Will it pop in or will you have drill out old rusty screws? Is the door onsite and you have to go install it, or are you going out first to measure, shop around, then place the order? How long will it take you and how much is your time worth to you? ALL of those things go into the decision of what to charge. Building managers in Los Angeles will pay 30% more than building managers in Nashville.I hate to sound evasive, but I seriously consider all those things when I decide what to charge. Ask for what YOU want with confidence. Thanks for watching. I appreciate it.

No need for NRP's as it's just a roof top. We did get stainless AND coated them with lithium grease. 5 years and still going strong. thanks for watching.
