How To Replace a Fluorescent Light Fixture

Nice work. Are those fixtures left over from the building construction? I’d imagine it would be hard to buy a fluorescent fixture like that if they even still made them. Do you guys use LED circline bulbs or is that a 22 watt fluorescent?
