I picked up a replacement from Yard Inflatables and just swapped it out tonight. Took all of two days for the fan to show up, and maybe 10 minutes to fix, thanks to this video. I was really impressed that they included the zip tie and button-clip retainers for the lights.

Hi friends. The instructions get a touch fuzzy around placing the fan into the correct position. And how can the zip tie get an airtight seal with the power cord in the way? Maybe I’m reading it wrong?

I got a new fan but it did not have a power cord connected to it. How do I get a power cord connect to the fan?

I was told to return mine by this same company. Thought about replacing the fan and did quick google search and what do you know, it’s yard inflatables tell you all how to replace the fan. Wish they would’ve just offered to replace the fan in the first place. Must just be too much work for them. I’ll be taking my business else where from now on.

I have the enchanted forest hockey inflatable and the fan burned up 2 hrs after I put it up and I'm trying to find a replacement. All it says on label from fan is dc brushless fan wX12038 DC: 12V 1.2A from WEI ER DA ELECTRONICS CO LTD. Can't find an exact replacement.. could you help me out?
