@@EliteSwimmingPoolsTV yeah, it's a slam dunkity the notches already line up properly so it is a simple install ...the spa water keeps receding and the actuator can't be set properly any longer...14 years and it is time for a new one.

I replaced a 2440 with a 4424 and it caused the fuse to blow. I am buying new fuses tomorrow, but any suggestions?

Thanks for the video , I swapped out my old Jandy 2420 for a 2440. It works fine but opens the value to the sweeper (vs filter) 180 instead of the 90 that was originally preset. I didn't change any setting. Any idea how to get the value to open to 90 degrees so I can have sweeper and filter running?

I don’t come across the Pentair actuators often. They work the same as others just maybe a little different mechanics inside

Which way is the toggle switch under the actuator supposed to be positioned left center or right for it to be on automatic

Never in the center, center is OFF. Either right or left.

Yo. I have to go set a actuator tomorrow. A intermatic, i only need it to turn 90 degrees, not 180, its on a 2 way valve. Its it all the same?

Yes, The same steps apply. It’s actually easier to set an actuator for a two port valve for a turning position of 90^ than a three way valve. Only have the degrees needed, lol.
