How to Adjust Jandy Automatic Actuator Valve Cam’s

In this vlog series finally, we demonstrate how to adjust the internal cam’s of a Jandy automatic actuator valve. This is an example of how it is done, but each individual’s plumbing and valve shut off points will differ from case by case basis.

Thank you for this video ! I actually just installed a Jandy actuator valve for a clients solar system. I was completely lost. But then called a budddy of mine & he had no clue either. I messed with the actuator things and never new they were already programmed.

The actuators come with a 180^ rotation from manufacturer. In this example of our installation it worked out perfect. But in other applications it will not. All depends on plumbing position and what your needing to turn on/off.

No, then middle position is OFF Mode. The UP & DOWN is the rotation positions. Leave toggle switch in the regular everyday POOL MODE.

I don’t honk they sell individual replacement parts for the actuators. Easier to just purchase a new one and install it; it’s faster to.
