My recliner is so difficult to pull it out, like I need to pull it so heavy. Is it helpful if I replace only the recliner or the cable also? Hope you reply.😊

I didn’t replace the cable on mine and didn’t have any issues. Mine’s easier than it was before, since the new handle is metal. I’m not sure what the issue might be.

I have 2 broken recliners! I bought the steel pull from Amazon... we'll see how it works. The replacement handle was 15.00.

Ya have to ask yourself...WHY do they come with cheap plastic housings that break, when the all metal replacements are ALSO cheap? Why not just install the good ones?

I just put a small vise grip on the cable where the plastic broke

My biggest problem is that I can't pull enough cable to be able to work on it... I just can't figure out how to take it out.... it seems that there's somekind of metal tip/head missing at the end of the cable..... again, I'm unable to pull the wire out. 😞
