Nice video. I’m redoing my deck and have a couple parts of the support structure I’ll need to replace, so this was helpful!

how did you lift the deck boards? how did you "unbuckle" the joist? How did you design the temporary wall?

I have a deck that sits on a garage roof. I have to add a slope to the decking. Would you have any suggestions on how to do that?

it looked like several other joists running perpendicular to the joist you replaced were either rotting or starting to rot as well. did you replace those too?

Hi. How do you remove the old joist hanger. I can't seem to get behind it to remove. What tool did you use? I want to save my joist and not cut it.. Thanks.
@ChrisSilverman
@ChrisSilverman 4 жыл бұрын
I used a reciprocating saw and cut the nails holding the joist and for some of the nails I used a claw bar, hammer, and pry bar 🔨

How much would you charge for this :) ?
@ChrisSilverman
@ChrisSilverman 4 жыл бұрын
Scoring Support The cost fluctuates between different companies , contractors, and craftsman but if I recall correctly I charged $800 labor for replacing the joist and about 20 deck boards on the entire decking. The materials were additional but I think total project was about $1200

The reason why we can make friends is because the nature of Elohim is in all beings and the nature of Elohim is friendship. There is a nature that pre-exists the Universe in every detail. There is a specific observable order to the universe. That order is a reflection of the nature that pre exists the universe. Elements come from Elohim. It was well known by our ancients that Elohim are the source of the Universe. Everything is made from the substance of Elohim. The nature of all beings is the nature of Elohim. Elohim are only far from us in physical materialistic distance, but as far as Consciousness and the Heart, Elohim are as close as our own breath or our own mind. The Prior Nature of Elohim I don't agree with the speciation thing. Being a scholar of the Torah, and a lover of God and the way of God life, I believe God created everything. Everything is according to the exact design of divine. Everything exists according to a pre-existing template, or a nature that existed before everything was. For example when you learn the Torah, and learn Hebrew, and stretch your mind to actually speak and think in the Hebrew letters, this Advances your IQ and DNA, so that you can hear what the Divine is saying to you. I was only studying the Torah and only believing in Elohim when they gave me the vision about the multiple beings of Life who were friendly toward each other - and hugged - and the universal bubble spontaneously came out of them - and was full of stars moving. So this to me was a big answer for myself and Humanity to understand who our Origins are and how we derive our nature from them. This is the unanswerable question answered. Why is Elohim, the word for God, a word that means plural or multiple Eloha's? Because God or Elohim is plural or multiple light love friendship beings who are bigger than the universe, and stood (and expressed their loving sentient kin nature) prior to when the universe was made or when our universe spontaniously materialized from them.
