Hi Tim Tran, there are Torx screws on the underside that have to be taken out to get inside.

Do the spade connectors have polarity or is it AC?

Ilovehoovers lost a wheel on the large numatic 2 front wheels r small. Left with a rod sticking out. So can't figure out if I pull the remaking rod out or not, plus what size wheel and how is it fitted

Hold your horses a minute - where did the sound insulation foam and locator thingy come from? You never told us about that when you took the old motor out. Also how do I know which spade connector goes in to which connection? Are they marked?

The part holding the insulation is revealed when the cover is removed at 1:35. As the motor uses AC electric it does not matter which way around the connections are made.

Anyother Good how to video from yourselves. But it may be useful to let people know what type the (7) screw heads are ie torx, Phillips, Robertson ect. And aslo are they all the same length/shaft diameter so it doesnt matter which holes they go back into. And also to let people know about the spade connectors, in that it doesn't matter which terminal they go back onto.
