I’ve had to wrap a ratchet strap around the water pump pulley after removing the belt. Make sure to go around once alway then tighten it as tight as you can then put your wrench n the bolt and hit it with a hammer. I hope this helps

I haven't seen anything in regards to that guide stud on bottom right. It looks like I have to take while PS AC loose. Any thoughts?

@schwartzys I didn't do the job yet but am in the morning ya know how work goes. Anyway, ya have to pull those 2 long bolts out of the bracket (PS/AC bracket) then remove pump. Planning on doing it live or bare minimum make a vid, not much info. Specifically 1993 ford e150 star quest by starcraft 5.8L man I love the 351w but better know how to work on them. 35yr wrench turner here🔥

I do no some of them have the bolts holding the pump on not just a guide pin I don’t no why but I’ve seen it on a few of them

No I said in the video that I just had the pump off not long before making this video they where rusted when I revived the motor that was sitting for 13 years I put all new gaskets in it
