BE VERY CAREFUL when pulling out the alternator. The crankshaft position sensor wires are attached to the back of the bracket (the last bolt he pulled off the alternator before removing). When I pulled the alternator I ripped those wires out of the sensor and it took hours to get it off and fix.

paper towel or anything and you can shove on the nut and then push the nut in the socket the paper towel acts as a wedge and keeps the nut from falling
