Thank you 👍. This eased my mind that it's something I can do now. My Battery is almost 2 years old. My issue is the App says it is only charging to 70% now. Wondering if it's an App issues or battery needs to be replaced. At 70% it sometimes doesn't complete the job before going dead. The batteries are cheap enough I was thinking of just replacing it. Any thoughts?

Did you happen to have resolved this issue btw? I am having similar issue, done trying factory reset, still charge is stuck at 70% and dies before returning to the dock.

Video is a big help. Thank you. I am not sure whether the problem is the battery or the base charger. I've done all of the Shark suggested fixes. The lights do come on after it is "charged" but it leaves the base, goes a foot and then returns with a flashing red battery on the robot. Any suggestions? ps The Shark website has a Parts & Accessories tab but when searching on the tab by model the only part that comes up is a new Shark.

i tried to reattach the battery with the red and black on the wrong side and it pushed the metal prongs on the piece attached to the vacuum back into… i’m not sure what but they aren’t poking out anymore. can i fix this?

How long does the battery charge last after it’s fully charged? it doesn’t say in the manual🤦🏽‍♀️

replaced the old battery with a new generic one for the right model but the thing still wont turn on or even show the charging battery icon and yes i have turned on both things with the switch from behind
