How To Replace Battery Without Soldering - READ the DESCRIPTION - Electrolux Ergorapido 18V EER75NOW

This is the easiest way to fix Electrolux cordless vacuum cleaner, just replace whole Hand Unit from different model (order the cheapest one) and change top cover. EER models can use both Hand Unit (voltage 14.4 V or 18 V), so you can upgrade 14.4 V to new 18 V.
Batteries, motor or electronic board cost around 30 to 50 € and all new parts need to be soldered. Buy whole unit. Hand unit used in this video cost 40 - 50 €.

I don't understand, why not just use the new one you just bought? Was it a different model that was not compatible| or something?

Because of color, but few Ergorapido (old models) has different plastic top cover, so If you have different color it is better to replace it. When it has the same color as stick it looks better. In case of old model ergorapido then you HAVE TO replace this top cover. So by this ,,trick,, you can replace any ZB, EER, EERC, QX etc. for half price and second benefit is that you can use 18V handheld unit instead of 14.4V. At now the cheapest handheld unit is white.

Hello, which model it is? EER73DB? 14.4V? You can use both handheld units, 18V or 14.4V, charger is the same for both.

No, I am not kidding you. Would you rather buy battery pack for 56€ (from Electrolux) or battery cells for 40€ OR handheld unit with new motor and BMS module for 49€? You can keep old motor and module as spare parts, but replacing only batteries in ergorapido is unreasonable… plastic of motor can easily break in old ergorapido unit (another 36€ if you replaced only batteries). So it is up to you how you spend money, and time in case of soldering each cell.
